This course is an introduction to the theory and practice of "difference-based" communication--the study of face-to-face communication where significant cultural differences exist in values, perception, and verbal and nonverbal behavior.
SPC 209: INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION

This course is an introduction to principles of interpersonal communication,
with emphasis on interpersonal theory as applied to personal and professional
relationships. Students will learn to observe and analyze how these principles
operate in daily interaction with others.
