Carmen Enid Santiago is a native Spanish speaker. She has taught at the college level for over 17 years as well as working for the department of Defense for 15 years. She has also served as a translator for the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate's office. In her native Puerto Rico, she worked with medical records and is familiar with medical terminology in Spanish and English.
